Australian Edmund Oswald Teale (formerly Theile) (1874-1971) worked in East Africa from 1908 to 1936 mostly
on geological surveys. Teale's archive held at the British Geological Survey
includes a typescript autobiography, extensive diaries, testimonials and
photographs.
